Dr. Joy Broughton

Dr. Joy is an experienced paddler, surfer, and yoga instructor who also teaches special education teacher candidates at Saint Mary's College in her "free" time. She started this club with the goal to spread the joy of the being on the water (pun intended)! Her classes will get you up and paddling! Whether you're a Beginner who needs to build confidence in their balance, Intermediate interested in learning technique, or Advanced aiming to win a race, Dr. Joy will provide a personalized assessment and individualized instruction to help you enjoy the water!
