Explore the renaissance of Downtown Napa and Oxbow Preserve at your own pace - where salt and fresh water meet. Paddle round-trip into the forested Oxbow Preserve or carry-on, deeper into the northern reach toward the confluence of Milliken Creek or beyond. Upon your return enjoy convenient access to restaurants and shops above the dock. You may spot a variety of native birds that inhabit this riparian corridor including the occasional otter, beaver or sea lion.

LOS CARNEROS
Meander through narrow, wetland sloughs in Fagan Marsh State Marine Park
Explore the beautiful wetlands of Los Carneros and where marshlands merge with the Napa River Valley from Fagan Preserve. Experience paddling in the champagne region with breathtaking views of Mt. Veeder, Mt. Diablo, The Sleeping Lady, and Atlas Peak.
Your self-guided trip is timed according to high tide and features support from our GPS-based navigational assistant, which will lead you 3.25 miles along a meandering loop through narrow, wetland sloughs. You can also opt for a personal guide if you wish.
KENNEDY PARK
Lazy River paddle route is great for families!
You will ride the river into town, with the tide guiding you along the restored wetlands. This one-way trip will take you through the renaissance of downtown and the oxbow. A shuttle service is included to take you back to your starting point.
To help you navigate, we offer a complimentary audio guide that includes interesting snippets about the history, culture, and ecology of the Napa River and the entire Napa Valley. This will give you a sense of the rich diversity that makes this place so unique.
You can choose from three different one-way trip distances of 2.5, 4, or 6 miles. The service is available every other week during the afternoon incoming tide. Please click the link for all available dates.

Tandem (Double) Kayaks
Ride in comfort with 2 adults +1 child or dog on a premium sit-atop kayak from Crescent. Framed, elevated seats provide extra back support and keep you dry. Trademarked hull design improves glide!

Our fishing fleet includes the full lineup from Vibe: Cubera 120, Shearwater 125 & Yellowfin tandem fishing kayaks – all fully-outfitted with rod holders, bungee straps, paddle seating and dry wells.
