Winter is the perfect season to explore the natural beauty, solitude, and abundant wildlife in this picturesque region alongside the expansive Napa-Sonoma marsh.
Our Los Carneros tour offers wildlife enthusiasts the chance to witness waterfowl and migratory species in an extraordinary habitat. This guided or self-guided trip explores narrow waterways through protected wetlands in Napa Valley's champagne region. Early, pastel sunsets and long views toward Mt. Tam, Veeder, Atlas Peak and Mt. Diablo leaves plenty of time to clean-up before dinner.

Parking is limited when launching from the private dock. 4 car maximum. Larger groups or those desiring a longer paddle will launch from Cuttings Wharf with plenty of parking for cars or full-size bus.
WHAT TO WEAR
Water shoes are not essential but are preferred by many of our guests. Others prefer flip-flops or paddling barefoot. Dress in layers and synthetic clothing (it will dry faster than cotton).
